To which degree you want to socialize during morning tea, brunch and dinners is up to you. On the last evening the group usually goes out together for a well deserved dinner in one of the excellent local restaurants to celebrate the great time they had together. We have seen many long lasting friendships develop during the Yogafriends retreats.

How many guests participate in the retreats?

You will share your retreat experience with 5-7 more guests. At Yogafriends we believe that the high quality of Yoga instruction we strive for, is only possible in a safe, individual environment with small group sizes, where our teachers know your name and your individual capacities and characteristics in the practice.

I do not have much Yoga experience. Can I come anyways?

Yes, please. Our classes are multi-level classes and we keep Yogis with different experience backgrounds "working" at their own pace. Since the Yogafriends Yoga classes put a lot of emphasis on a solid foundation for your practice, it is like wise apt for beginners as more experienced yogis. The founders have experienced by observing the guests yoga levels in the last years that the solid basis of the Yoga practice is often neglected in many group classes. The practice of developing primordial movement patterns to a higher degree is highly beneficial for all Yogis, despite of their numbers of years of practice.
